Must have ability to prioritize tasks and work independently; must be able to handle, in a calm, intelligent manner, any unexpected situation that may occur. Must have good communication and interpersonal skills. Must have ability to work with minimum supervision. The District-Wide SpEd Bus Monitor will report daily to the Director of Transportation for his/her daily assignment.
Assist in the monitoring of students on a school bus 3 hours in AM & 3 hours PM. Help with the special needs of the student. Perform other duties as may be assigned.
Minimum of 60 hours college credit or passing score on paraprofessional test; 2 year degree preferred.
Monitor $13.65-$19.82 180 days
